Do you offer free shipping worldwide?

Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide, including the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe. Free delivery takes approximately 13–16 business days.

We also offer expedited shipping for faster delivery (6–8 business days) at a flat rate of £15.

Do you provide custom jackets?

Yes, we offer custom jackets tailored to your preferences. However, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Are there any active promo codes available?

Yes, we currently have a coupon code “TNL15” on our website, offering £15 off on orders above £150. Make sure to apply this during checkout.

What is your return, refund, and exchange policy?

  • Return: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchange: Exchanges can be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
    If the mistake is from our end, we will provide a shipping label for returns. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

What width are your men's/women’s jackets? Do you offer wider/narrower widths?

The width of our leather jacket varies from size to size. We offer men’s and women’s jackets in ten different sizes, from XXS to 3XL. In case of any confusion, check out our size guides.

Is your outerwear waterproof/water resistant?

Our leather outfits are not completely waterproof but water resistant, they will keep you dry on rainy days. However, we recommend not to purposely expose them to heavy moisture, such as rain, and thoroughly dry them if they get wet to prevent fading and cracking.

Should I waterproof my jacket before wearing it?

The leather used in our jackets is naturally quite good at fending off the snow and water. However, if you’d like to add some extra protection to it, we recommend using a safe and validated waterproof spray.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through the “Track My Order” option on our website.

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

It often takes up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation for the new tracking number to be activated. If it’s been more than 24 hours and your tracking number is still not working, send us an email at [email protected], and we will get you a status update.

How do I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If the order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately via email or phone, and we will try to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once our warehouse has received your return, it will take up to 15 business days for you to get your refund.
