30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All MANUFACTURER DIRECT items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call or WhatsApp message us at +44 7414 681433. If your item is found to be defective or damaged, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send your package. However, if the item is not defective, the return shipping label will not be provided, and the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please note, items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
The customer must return the item to us before any refund can be approved or processed, unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing.
Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product so we can assist you with an exchange. Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know immediately if there are any issues—we’re here to make things right!

Exchanges

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are specially made just for you, they cannot be returned or refunded. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
Changes & Cancellations
We accept order changes and cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. After the return is approved, it takes up to 15 days to process the refund to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. We cannot issue a refund while the product remains with the customer.
No Refund Policy for Unused Discounts
Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for discounts that were not utilized at the time of the transaction. Discounts and promotions must be applied during the purchase process, and retroactive adjustments are not possible. We encourage customers to review and apply discounts at the time of purchase to ensure the best value for their money.
