    Excellent customer service
    I ordered a customised leather jacket sometime in August 2025. They were so critical with the measurements, which is a good thing.

    The jacket looks really good, and exactly the design that I want. However, there are some areas of the jacket that felt rushed. Just minor imperfections. Also, the packaging could have been better. It seems like the way it was folded for shipping could have been better. For these reasons, it is hard for me to give them 5star rating.

    There has been a minor problem with the shipping, which is not their fault. It took almost a month before I was able to get the jacket because of logistics. At this point, their customer service remained in contact and made sure that I would get my jacket at all cost.

    For the price I paid, I think it was all worth it. However, the stitching could have been better.

    If you are looking for a good quality, customised jacket that won’t make you end up being broke then you should give them a try.
